2. Products & Services

  • Product Descriptions: Stainless steel doors, awnings, railings, and related accessories. Prices, specifications, and inventory are subject to change.

  • Availability: Products are available for pickup at our designated location or professional installation only. We do not offer delivery services.

3. SMS Consent & Opt-In Workflow

Sunny Iron will never sell, rent, or share your opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is obtained explicitly through [checkboxes/forms/verbal agreement], and you may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP.

1. How We Obtain Consent

At Sunny Iron, we respect your privacy. SMS consent is obtained in the following ways:

In-Person/Phone Orders: For orders placed via phone or in-store, our team will verbally request consent using this script:"Would you like to receive updates and offers via text message? You can opt out anytime by replying STOP."

Promotions: Participation in tiered credit promotions includes an optional SMS opt-in (e.g., "Text UPDATES to 12345" on promotional materials).

2. What We Send

  • Transactional messages (order confirmations, pickup alerts).

  • Promotional offers (monthly credits, seasonal sales).

3. How to Opt Out

  • Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message.

  • You’ll receive one final confirmation text; no further messages will be sent.

4. Privacy & Compliance

4. Orders & Payment

  • Pricing: Prices exclude taxes. Final amounts are displayed at checkout.

  • Payment Methods: Cash，Check (Orders processed after check clears)，Zelle，Credit Card (Requires proof of identity matching the cardholder’s name; e.g., government-issued ID).

  • Order Confirmation: Orders are binding only after payment confirmation and email acknowledgment.

 

5. Pickup & Installation & Returns

  • Pickup: Customers will be notified via email when orders are ready for pickup. Pickup must be scheduled within 48 hours of notification.

  • Installation: Professional installation timelines will be confirmed post-order. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply chain issues) are not our liability.

  • Returns:

    • Uninstalled standard sized doors may be returned within 30 days (15% restocking fee applies).

    • Custom doors and promotional items are final sale.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All website content (logos, images, text) is owned by Sunny Iron Doors. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for damages caused by improper installation, natural disasters, or misuse.

  • Accessories (e.g., awnings) require certified installer to maintain warranty coverage.

3. Usage Rules 使用规则

  • Validity 有效期: All credits expire 1 year from door purchase date.
    (自购门日起1年内有效)

  • Exclusions 排除商品: Cannot be used on stainless steel doors or clearance items.
    (不可用于不锈钢门或特价商品)

  • Stacking Limits 叠加限制: Max 2 credits per order, up to 30% of order total.
    (单笔订单最多使用2张券，最高抵扣订单总额30%)

  • Transferability 转让性: Credits are non-transferable if purchased ≤2 doors. Transfer allowed for 3+ door buyers (max 1 transfer).
    (购3扇及以上可转赠1次，其余仅限本人使用)

 

4. Compliance & Restrictions 合规与限制

  • SMS Consent 短信授权: By participating, you opt-in to receive 4-6 promotional SMS/month from Sunny Iron. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
    (参与即同意接收每月4-6条促销短信，回复STOP退订)

  • Sender Identification: All messages will clearly identify Sunny Iron as the sender.（所有短信均明确标注Sunny Iron为发送方。）

  • Fraud Prevention 防欺诈: We reserve the right to void credits if bulk purchases/abuse are detected.
    (如检测到批量购买或滥用，有权作废券码)

  • Termination 终止条款: Sunny Iron may modify/terminate promotion with 7 days' notice. Existing credits remain valid.
    (可提前7天通知修改或终止促销，已发放券码仍有效)

  • Opt-Out Confirmation: Unsubscribing triggers one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you reconsent.（退订后您将收到一条确认短信，此后不再发送，除非您重新授权。）

  • Fraud Prevention: Credits voided if fraud (e.g., bulk purchases) is detected.（如检测到欺诈行为（如批量购买、滥用等），Sunny Iron有权作废相关券码。）

 

5. Liability & Disputes 责任与争议

  • English: Credits have no cash value. Sunny Iron is not responsible for lost/stolen codes or carrier delays. 

  • 中文: 券码不可兑现金。Sunny Iron对券码丢失/被盗或运营商延迟不承担责任。
